What is the default timer for background scans from wpa supplicant. If this period reconfigurable, then how? I do not want the wpa supplicant to issue SCAN requests to the driver in 100 ms. it looks like it might disrupt normal control/data plane. IS this true? Using wpa supplicant 0.6.9 here.
