4 digit PIN for WPS2.0

Hi

As I know, the 4 digit PIN is random number.
You can pick up any 4 digit for it. The defination in spec only said that
the 4 digit PIN you don't need to verify the last digit.
In 8 digit PIN, it separate the PIN from first 4 digit and second 4 digit.
For 4 digit, it just separate from the fist 2 digit and second 2 digit.
