Hostapd-0.7.3 chokes on WPA

This is a build time option (i.e., a line in wpa_supplicant/.config). If
I remember correctly, Gentoo used to make this conditional on some
debugging flag, but that was long time ago. It shouldn't be there
anymore unless you built wpa_supplicant yourself with a modified build
configuration.
