Since this issue may be something outside the scope of hostapd (assuming
you are indeed saying that the AP is unresponsive and not that hostapd
process terminated), it may be a bit difficult to get any useful
information from hostapd. This type of issue may require getting more
debug information from the driver and/or capture file from a wireless
sniffer as the next step to figure out what exactly is happening.
