No joy with 64-bit Windows 7?

Hi Christ,

 

I am not at liberty to share particulars except to note that Win 7's
client/supplicant does not integrate seamlessly with our wireless
authentication scheme.

windows 7 x86_64 works fine with hostapd in open, wep, and wpa, and wpa2

modes for me, I can't speak to wpa_supplicant, except to say unless 
you're doing something exotic you don't need it.
