[PATCH] Ignore "DEAUTH" messages from APs we are not associated to

This patch doesn't completely fix problem, as it doesn't handle the case
where you unassociate from an AP and reassociate to the same one. I sent out
a patch a couple of weeks ago that handles this case, but didn't get any
feedback on how appropriate the approach I took was.
