WPS:external WLAN Manager Registrars

Hi Jouni,

Do you mean that hostapd can not act as a proxy between STA and external 
WLAN Registrar? If so, then probably it could not be able to pass 
following WFA's certification test: "4.2.3 Add devices using multiple 
external Registrars and internal Registrar".
