patch for reset of EAPOL state when handling DBus smartcard parameters

Hi HostAP devs,

I'm using wpasupplicant with a pkcs#11 device via network manager. I
found a bug in the handling of the EAPOL state machine when a DBus
message to reconfigure smartcard parameters is received, so I'm
sending a patch. The problem is simply that the reference in the
global supplicant state machine to the EAPOL state was not being
updated properly. This causes a segfault when the EAP layer attempts
to use the old reference.
