wpa_supplicant, ath5k, nl82011: doesn't switch to IBSS mode

wpa_supplicant did not have support for using IBSS mode with nl80211
before today. The current git snapshot should be able to do this,
though.

However..

.. that won't work. So only open or static WEP keys for now.
