nl80211 + b43, multicast membership?

Hello,

I have a problem when trying to start hostapd (as root) using the following
command:

hostapd /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf

I get the error message:
nl80211: Could not add multicast membership for scan events: -2 (No such
file or directory)
nl80211 driver initialization failed.

My hostapd.conf:
interface=wlan0
driver=nl80211
ssid=test

I have compiled 0.7.0 version of hostapd with defconf adding only the
nl80211 support.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
