Does wpa supplicant version 0.6.4 support Windows

Jouni Malinen and Yoshi, I am also planning to test this supplicant
with Windows Server 20008 in regard of 802.1x-NAP enforcement.
Could you please let me know in which part of the supplicant the
porting is required. Or I can use it without any porting ( I mean I
need to just write SHV for for this client on Windows 2008 Server)
