Somewhere above this last line, you should have gotten a "Reading
configuration file '/home/prashant/authenticator/.../EAP_TLS.conf'"
line.  I don't see it.  If wpa_supplicant never read its config file,
that would explain why it can't find any valid network blocks.

When you compiled wpa_supplicant, in the .config file, did you set
CONFIG_BACKEND to anything special?  Or did you set CONFIG_BACKEND in
the make command?  The Makefile should have compiled in config_file.c
(that's the default configuration backend, set in defconfig, which the
Makefile recommends just copying).  It looks like it compiled in
config_none.c (or nothing?) instead.
