What exactly are you looking for?
Depending on various implementations STAs either send a disassociate to
previous AP and a reassociation request to the new one (good), or just send
the association/reassociation request to a new AP and assume the older AP
will time it out (bad). The current APs address (BSSID) is included in the
reassociation request to the new AP.
