Do someone know if hostap_pci supports it?

because after I have loaded the driver into the kernel I get,

I notice that the HWaddr is strange, it is not the MAC address of the 
wireless that instead is 00:02:8A:A0:83:D6, but it is much longer!! what 
are that numbers after the right MAC address?

If I try to connect to my router, i get

while the router has the DHCP protocol that works for other computers..

I cannot scan for AP, i cannot see any network (i tried with 
kwifimanager), i cannot connect to any router/AP;

i.e.:

iwlist scanning | grep wifi0
wifi0      No scan results

any ideas? my kernel is
uname -a:
