Howto plug wpa_supplicant and dhcdbd

Well, I'd say NetworkManager.  But I think wpa_cli also has scripts that
can be called at various times?  It seems that people want to pack more
and more functionality into wpa_supplicant itself when I'd argue that
functionality doesn't belong there.
