sta_counted in wpa.c

Actually, the issue is present in my hostapd 0.3.7. I am now checking
GNoStations in 0.3.7 but now getting too many MIC failures. Does that
make sense?

If there are any other (0.5.x/0.6.x)-specific workarounds/fixes
targeting wpa, that may fix potential problems in earlier releases, I
would be happy to know those.
