hostap_cs initialization failed

Hi,
I am using ubuntu 6.06 LTS (kernel 2.6.15). By default orinoco driver 
capture the wireless card ( "D", "Link DWL-650 11Mbps WLAN Card", 
"Version 01.02", "") , so i have just put it in blacklist and have 
binded the card with hostap_cs by making changes to /etc/pcmcia/config 
file. Now when i reboot the system, some times card works well with 
hostap but some times i get the following error:

I tried
cardctl eject + cardctl insert and then looked the message file:
