Hi,
I am using 'senao NL-2511CD plux Ext2' card on soekris net4521 running on
debian <http://cheapnet.net/%7Emike/soekris/debian_rootfs.tar.gz>. I could
not change the transmit power settings with the existing driver. So, I tried
to update the driver from
here<http://hostap.epitest.fi/releases/hostap-driver-0.3.7.tar.gz>.

I donot have kernel source in my current system. So I downloaded, placed it
in /usr/src/linux-2.4.18 and included the same in the 'Makefile' 's
parameter[KERNEL_PATH]
I didnot get .config file with the kernel source and when I tried to compile
it, I got the follwing error. Is there any work around for this problem.

soekris:~/hostap/hostap-driver-0.3.7# make clean
Makefile:29: /usr/src/linux-2.4.18/.config: No such file or directory
Makefile:47: WARNING: No kernel PCMCIA support found and PCMCIA_PATH is not
defi
ned
Makefile:54: WARNING: Linux wireless extensions, CONFIG_NET_RADIO, not
enabled i
n the kernel
make: *** No rule to make target `/usr/src/linux-2.4.18/.config'. Stop.

Thanks in advance,
