Unlike other EAP methods, LEAP is an odd beast.. It does not follow the
EAP RFC and would require quite a bit of changes to get it working. In
other words, it is not supported in hostapd. Taken into account the
security issues identified in LEAP, I have no plans of adding support
for it either.
