Hostapd + WPA PEAP + Win XP SP2 supplicant

I have noticed that XP's supplicant is really slow with EAP-TLS, too --
though that wasn't using hostapd.  I was using a Linksys WRT54G (v2)
running OpenWRT (White Russian RC4), with FreeRADIUS as the RADIUS backend.

No idea what the fix might be...
