That's not going to be good enough.  The rest of wpa_supplicant is
released under dual GPL/BSD, so this patch would need to be released
under *both* of those licenses (at the user's choice) before it can be
integrated.

(Either that, or there would have to be two versions; one GPL version
that includes the Zydas driver, and one GPL/BSD version that doesn't.
That's a pain for everyone, though.)
