Looks liks it is possible to build OpenSSL with a MinGW cross compiler
after some minor changes into the Configure script.. That makes it quite
a bit easier for me to build new OpenSSL versions, so today's snapshot
builds for Windows binaries from both 0.5 and 0.6 branches for
wpa_supplicant are now available with new OpenSSL version and EAP-FAST
support.
