Pseudo_ibss mode does not work in for kernel-2.6

Please disregard the posting. Pseudo_ibss mode worked using
hostap-driver-4.4 under kernel-2.6.14. The trick is the order in which
iwconfig, prism2_param, and ifconfig commands are called.
