Multiple Reassociates don't reattempt.

An update on the discrepancy: I see that the reply is always of a
lenght of 0x07fe or 2046 	(len	0x000007fe	unsigned int from the VS
debug watch on the buf reply after the request is made and returned) .

With many, many APs this is too low.
