hostap bug when unloading driver?

This could be kernel version specific, since I have no problems ejecting
the card with Linux 2.6.x. I haven't tested 2.4.x kernels for a long
time..

Looks like something is decrementing the module usage counter too often,
or more likely, decrementing the counter for incorrect module.
