WPA-PSK problem with Q-TEC 54G and MSI AP54G

ReqIEs information is truncated. Either ndiswrapper is truncating this or
the Marvell driver is not reporting all IEs from AssocReq. This means
that wpa_supplicant does not get the correct WPA IE and the AP will
reject message 2/4 which is supposed to include the WPA IE that was used
in AssocReq.

This sounds like a driver specific issue, so I would suggest reporting
this on the ndiswrapper mailing list.

This is the part in log giving details of the incorrect ReqIEs. That
0x18 is length of the IE, but there is only 10 bytes on data.
