New versions of wpa_supplicant and hostapd were just released and are
now available from http://hostap.epitest.fi/

This release is from the new development branch (0.4.x). Please note
that the 0.3.x branch continues to be the current source of stable
releases.

This version includes number of bug fixes, but the majority of changes
is in code documentation and in clean up of the WPA client state
machine interface. The WPA state machine is now less dependent on the
core wpa_supplicant code and as such, it should be easier to use for
things requiring key handshakes with multiple peers (e.g., WDS and
IBSS connections).

hostapd:
* fixed PMKSA caching to copy User-Name and Class attributes so that
  RADIUS accounting gets correct information
* start RADIUS accounting only after successful completion of WPA
4-Way Handshake if WPA-PSK is used
* fixed PMKSA caching for the case where STA (re)associates without
  first disassociating

wpa_supplicant:
* removed interface for external EAPOL/EAP supplicant (e.g.,
Xsupplicant), (CONFIG_XSUPPLICANT_IFACE) since it is not required
anymore and is unlikely to be used by anyone
* driver_ndis: fixed WinPcap 3.0 support
* fixed build with CONFIG_DNET_PCAP=y on Linux
* l2_packet: moved different implementations into separate files
  (l2_packet_*.c)
