It appears that the driver is getting loaded. In the /var/log/messages 
output as well as dmesg output I can see where the card is detected and 
there are no errors. Also keep in mind that if I configure for WEP mode 
it works fine so the problem does not appear to be the ipw2100 driver 
loading.
