Channel in monitor mode

IEEE 802.11b does not make this easy. Most cards can receive frames sent
at other channels. For example, a card in monitor mode on channel 1 can
receive packets sent on channel 2 (although, with reduced range).
Packets do not include explicit information about the channel.
