changing PDA doesn't work

Dumping the PDA here after flashing doesn't show any changes either -
but when running `iwlist wlan0 channel` I see that the card now supports
channels 1-13 instead of 1-11.

Have you checked if the card supports channels 12 and 13 after flashing?
