entering randomly generated WPA keys

Hi gang,

It seems that there is a wpa_supplicant.conf parsing malfeature that
makes it difficult to directly enter randomly generated ascii WPA keys
that contain certain sequences (specifically, comments and the pound
character, " and #).

I thought I'd point this out for a future fix, along with mentioning a
workaround, which is to use wpa_passphrase. This shouldn't have to be
neccessary, though.
