This issue is more appropriate to ndiswrapper mailing list.

The mode reported by ndiswrapper is what NDIS driver reports; some
drivers reply b mode even though more than 11Mbps speeds are used. See
iwconfig output for the actual speed (bit rate). See also FAQ on
