HOSTAP and Senao

miniPCI cards exist (albeit at 22.5dBm, rather than 23dBm), and PCI 
<--> miniPCI converters exist.

I only know of a couple PCMCIA <-> PCI adapters that work with the 
Senao cards.   Obviously(?) we sell one of these.
