is this just a compilation issue? (i grabbed gcc34 and got the same deal) root at thinkpad# modprobe hostap FATAL: Error inserting hostap (/lib/modules/2.6/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/hostap.ko): Invalid module format dmesg: hostap: version magic '2.6 686 REGPARM 4KSTACKS gcc-3.2' should be '2.6 686 REGPARM 4KSTACKS gcc-3.4' any ideas? thank you. - jon
