Hi

I am trying to configure my senao 2511 CD EXT2 with RICOH chipset based PCI
to PCMCIA brdige.
I can modprobe i82365 ,pcmcia_core (installed using pcmcia-cs-3.2.7 package)
and ds modules.

when i do lsmod:
[root at openap root]# lsmod
Module Size Used by Not tainted
ds 8264 0 (unused)
i82365 38208 1
pcmcia_core 45184 0 [ds i82365]
-----------------------------------------------------------------

I do dmesg everything is fine: bridge is detected.

Linux PCMCIA Card Services 3.2.7
  kernel build: 2.4.20rn #5 SMP Mon Jun 14 10:47:01 MDT 2004
  options: [pci] [cardbus] [apm]

host opts [0]: [isa irq] [io 3/6/1] [mem 3/6/1] [pci irq 5] [lat 32/32]
[bus 2/2]
ISA irqs (default) = 4,7,9 PCI status changes
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Now i have SENAO 2511CD EXT2 card. I loaded the hostap modules using NEW
released ( hostap-driver-0.2.2)

[root at openap hostap-driver-0.2.2]# ls
ChangeLog COPYING driver kernel-patches Makefile pcmcia-cs-patches
README

I did make clean; make all; make install
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now when i start the "cardmgr" by command "/etc/init.d/pcmcia restart"
[root at openap hostap-driver-0.2.2]# /etc/init.d/pcmcia restart
Shutting down PCMCIA services: done.
Starting PCMCIA services: cardmgr[1995]: watching 1 socket
done.
[root at openap hostap-driver-0.2.2]# lsmod
Module Size Used by Not tainted
hostap_cs 47124 0 (unused)

pcmcia_core 45184 0 [hostap_cs ds i82365]
[root at openap hostap-driver-0.2.2]#
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
lsmod shows me the hostap_cs driver is loaded: ALLRIGHT

now when i do :"iwconfig"
[root at openap hostap-driver-0.2.2]# iwconfig
lo no wireless extensions.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NOw FYI i have configured this card with the same bridge with the HOSTAP
driver only . I have also tried to configure using the "hostap-driver-0.2.1"
also.

I do not know what is happening here.

wifi0: interrupt delivery does not seem to work
wifi0: hfa384x_get_rid: CMDCODE_ACCESS failed (res=-110, rid=fd0b, len=8)
Could not get RID for component NIC
hostap_cs: Initialization failed
prism2_config() failed

Please suggest what i am doing wrong. I have read quite a good number of
postings on the internet, but no real HINT. I have also read some postings
from pavel, they were helpful but this is a NEW ERROR for me.

Thanx,
Gaurav
