Hello all, I was wondering if in the 802.11 MAC (of actual products), a station receiving an RTS frame did both a physical carrier sense and a virtual carrier sense (i.e. checking the NAV) before sending back a CTS frame. The specs seem to suggest that only the NAV needs to be checked. Thanks. -Ahmad
