Attached patch adds ability to set WEP authentication type.
New network block configuration command is "wep_auth_type" and
allowed values are:
OPEN = for open system (this is default value)
SHARED = for shared key authetication

Currently only hostap and ndiswrapper drivers can set authentication
algorithms.
