Thank Pavel, I originally assumed the K7 was for amd chips, but I wasn't
quite sure.
I'll get stop compiling it into the kernel.

Better use "make install".  "make install_pccard" is obsolete.

powernow-k7 is not part of HostAP and shouldn't affect HostAP drivers.  If
you are not using this module, remove it or move it outside /lib/modules.

Or you need that module, fix it not to call dmi_broken() or find
dmi_broken() and make sure that it's compiled into the kernel and
exported.  Again, it's totally unrelated to HostAP.
