Signal in /proc/net/hostap/wlan0/ap

IMHO: let's say, that signal is S, signal in dB is then -100+(S/2,56)

Rate can be set to fixed speed on STA (iwconfig wlan0 rate 11Mbit fixed),
when in auto, it depends on firmware decesion, however, hostap shows only
the rate of last received packet..
