[EAP-TLS] Where are CA.pam & server.pam?

Hi,
      I followed the steps of http://www.missl.cs.umd.edu/wireless/eaptls/.
But when I was changing the configration of the radiusd.conf as
http://www.missl.cs.umd.edu/wireless/eaptls/doc/etc-raddb-radius.conf-diff,
there were only "random" and "dh" in the tarball "cert.tgz".What about the 
CA.pam and server.pam?
      How can I make my EAP-TLS work?
