failed to upgrade to 1.5.6 or 1.7.4 for 8008 chip

I have two PCMCIA cards that is reported to have NICID 8008.

When I use winupdate to upgrade the firmware, I got the following
error messages.  Does this mean I can't upgrade or I have to find
another firmware image?  I tried pretty much all firmware sources
reported on the mailing list.
