Yes, maybe it is not a really common requirement but could be useful in
some situations, for example: avoiding fake Aps for "stealing" your
connection, or to force to register to an AP that maybe signal is weaker
but it has less clients.

I guest should not be very difficult to implement if you think it is
worth.
