Darn, I just bought one of those...

Joshua, can you clarify: Is your enGenius functioning as as station or as
the AP?

Subject: Trouble with enGenius card

I recently ordered a 100mW enGenius PrismII card and am having trouble using
it with the HostAP drivers.

The drivers modprobe without a problem and I can configure the card with the
standard iwconfig and prism2_param tools, but dmesg keeps reporting:

"iwconfig wlan0" seems to indicate I am associated with my AP (which is very
close to my desk) but I keep seeing the LED on the enGenius card flashing
which I presume means it is diassociating and scanning for a new connection.

Any thoughts on making this card work? I am using the current CVS HostAP
drivers with a 2.4.19 kernel, wireless tools 25 and wireless extensions 14.

Thanks.
