How to stop sending beacon frames (relying on hostap to send them)

No or to be more exact, you can send extra beacons but cannot disable
firmware-generated beacons. In addition, you cannot force the firmware
to send certain frames (like broadcast to PS stations) just after a
beacon frame if you are sending exra beacons.
