dash radio fails

FWIW I encountered the same problem yesterday and again this morning. e.g.
trying to get the 320k dash version of last Thursday's R4 "Inside Science".
Got the problem also with earlier versions of gip. Using the -info switch
listed versions, but no coconut using my usual settings. Not yet had a
chance to experiment further.
