get_iplayer for low bit rate flash modes

Yes.  I wanted the same thing when I installed v2.97.
After various experiments, I settled on the addition of these two
statements to my Get iPlayer options file to achieve this result:

radiomode flashaacstd,flashaaclow
tvmode flashhigh

These will allow you to download as you wish.  Including flashaaclow in
the radiomode statement allows radio downloads if you go out of the UK
with your laptop.
