[OT] TOTPs not offered in HD (720p)

I guess that the HD torrent versions were capped 'live' / off-air
using HD digital recorders.

Why the Beeb isn't offering HD via iPlayer though is a moot point. But
if they were old'ish programmes then they might not even be sourced in
HD!! Huh - they might even have been originally in 625 lines or even
405 lines - analogue.

Its a bit like capping a 128 kbps audio file, then re-saving it as 320
kbps - which doesn't not make it 320 kbps quality.

But I'm guessing. Anyone with contacts in the Beeb could elucidate
please. Or maybe raise this in the Beeb forums?
