Your sample link is for a radio show
first broadcast on  Sat 17 Jan 2015 15:00GMT,
i.e. MORE THAN A WEEK AGO.
As per the documentation at:

you'll have to go via the PID (or URL) route;
the CLI or WebGUI search merely searches 
your local "radio.cache" file.

 My post answers why you can't find 
this particular show within GiP search results; 
Topsy's post answers why you don't find 
any "Gilles Peterson" results at all!
