If you must use v2.91 (now superseded by v2.92), you need to add 

--playlist-metadata

to your command line.  This is not needed with v2.92 for this programme,
as Nick Payne has shown, although the option is still available.  I
downloaded this programme on 04/01/2015 with v2.91 (v2.92 not yet
released) and needed this option to download the programme.
