You do not have mplayer installed. It is required to re-mux the 
downloaded .flv file to .mp3.  If you care about that, use apt-get to 
install.  You should update get_iplayer while you're at it. If you don't 
want .mp3 files, use the --raw option to prevent re-muxing and retain 
the .flv file.
